Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing or using CyberProfile you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

CyberProfile is a free platform that automatically generates a professional cybersecurity portfolio from the platforms you connect (HackTheBox, DockerLabs, GitHub, HackerOne, Credly, LinkedIn, YesWeHack, Bugcrowd and others), verifying every data point at its source, and that helps you get noticed by companies looking for talent.

3. Account and access

Access is passwordless: you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email or through a provider (Google, GitHub or LinkedIn). You are responsible for keeping control of your email and of the accounts you link.

To use the Service you must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum legal age in your country. A single person is responsible for each account.

4. Connecting third-party platforms

By connecting a platform you authorize us to read the information necessary — mostly public — to build and maintain your profile. You must be the legitimate holder of those accounts and comply with the terms of use of each platform. You can revoke any connection whenever you want from your settings.

5. Employment and contact with companies

The purpose of CyberProfile is to help you land a job. To that end, the professional and public information on your profile may be shared with authorized and trusted companies — selected by us — in order to facilitate hiring, help you apply for jobs and help those companies find you.

Only the professional information on your profile is shared; never your credentials, access tokens or sensitive data. You decide what information you publish and you can edit it or delete your account at any time. You can find the details in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

By using CyberProfile you agree not to:

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or your achievements.
• Attempt to manipulate, falsify or bypass the verification mechanisms.
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to compromise the security of the platform or of third parties.
• Access the Service in an automated or abusive way that degrades its operation.

7. Free of charge

The Service is and will remain 100% free in its current features. We do not charge to create, maintain or share your profile, and there are no features locked behind a payment. If in the future we offer optional additional services, they will never limit the existing free features.

8. Intellectual property

The CyberProfile brand, design and software belong to us. You retain ownership of the content you contribute and grant us a limited license to display it on your public profile according to the settings you choose.

9. Availability and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep the data accurate and the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of data provided by third parties. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Service.

10. Cancellation and suspension

You can delete your account and your profile at any time from your settings; we will delete your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

11. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will notify you by reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after the update implies acceptance of the current version.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish and European Union law, without prejudice to the rights you may have as a consumer.
